Config controller for online play

When I play online my gamepad shoulder buttons (L1,L2, R1,R2) are not configured how I use them in the game.In fact they seem to do nothing at all. Has anyone had this and solved it?

Use a program like pes4launcher which has the feature to control the players switching setting. (Including making it manual) Or use the manual player switch program by celeborn.

with the ps4online program, do you have to exit PES when you have finished one online game B4 it lets you connect to another?
