Woah, I REALLY hope they're not signing him to be a backup because that kid is legit. Better than ter Stegen. I guess he'll have to prove that now, but I'm disappointed because I kind of wished he'd wind up at Dortmund or Wolfsburg.

You didn't know anything about ter Stegen just a year ago. I told you he was great and you've wound up seeing I was right. You'll have to trust me. I have been saying that Trapp is better for 2-3 years now. That said, ter Stegen is better for Barca because he's more mobile and has better distribution. Trapp can kick the shit out of the ball but Barca would have no one to bring it down.

I know Sirigu is very good, I dunno if he's so entrenched that Trapp won't displace him, but considering that PSG allegedly wanted Cech, Trapp should be able to become the starter so long as he learns the language and all that settling down shit. I've been on his dick for a while now, my favorite keeper, probably. Happy that he's going to get a chance to play in Europe and make big bucks.

Sirigu had a very under-par season ... he's either been brought in to light fire under Sirigu's ass -- shape up, or ship out -- or he's straight up replacing him ... PSG's true hand in this transfer market is yet to be revealed ...

I always saw Sirigu as a Joe Hart type. He's good enough, I guess, but for a top club you're always going to wonder if he's the long term solution.
