15m for Carroll is excellent for Liverpool and they should wrap that up as soon as they can. They were dumb enough to pay 35m for him but he's never going to recoup that sum and I can't see him having any important role at Liverpool next season. Sturridge and Suarez are the set partnership, and keeping him for a season a back-up will only mean that they wind up selling him for much less a season or two from now.

Don't see why West Ham are willing to pay so much for him, they could get Kenwyne Jones or Crouch for a fraction of that, and while they might be worse and have less potential, they could spend the difference on someone else. They're getting Rat for free which is pretty awesome, though.

Also Amorebieta to Fulham is confirmed and that's pretty good, too.
