Confused About DB Files, Sqaud Files, Etc

I don't remember, but those files are pretty straight-forward and easy to figure out with a bit of trail and error. That was FIFA 14 and I don't play career anymore, so I haven't edited any game play aspects since then, other than my usual Day 1 player and team rating edits (speed, accel and agility, aggression, etc).
