Confused on modes - Help

I am playing a tournment and it just ended. How do I play so I go from season to season with the same team and not just on season? I do not want to play on season or tournment and then it just stops. :(

Arghhh Help please.

To continue season to season you dont go into tournament mode you enter manager mode. Manager mode continues for 15 seasons. :rockman:

Ok thanks. How do you aim penalty kick from a distance?? Mine always fall short and golie catches them. also how do you aim when comming in on a golie say left cornner etc??
