Connection Always Lost While Playing Online...

Hello,

Almost everytime I play online, in the middle of the game, the game freezes and then a box appears saying:
"Connection has lost with opponent and we will review the online stats to know who is the winner..."
and then I wait till the reporting finishes.

But a second box appears saying:
"An error occurred and your Online Stats reporting failed".

I noticed that this happens mostly the moment I score a goal.

How can I fix this?
