Connection Speed Issue

Dear all brothers, I am coming from Hong Kong using a 6M overseas connection speed. I notice from PES6 server rooms that I can only play with Hong Kong people with "2 or 3 bars" connection speed. Have anyone of you got the experience to play with overseas people with 2 or 3 bars ? For Hong Kong people, anybody got the plan having 100M overseas ? Can you play with overseas people smoothly with this plan ? Thank you !
