Just go to your local shop, take some money with you and buy PES 2010 then you'll see what a football game is, leave fifa's crap as I've just done, I was wondering why not switching to pes earlier.

About the fake names, it's soo easy to edit them in game

Moreover patching pes, you can edit everything without loosing your saved games as in FIFA, everytime you edit a team or player, you loose all and need to restart everything. PES let you edit everything you want and keep playing your saved game

Oh yes, this year in PES, UEFA Champions League and also EUROPA League are fully licensed, playable in career with the real teams, real kits, real names and real format of games, no modified tournament rules....
You can also play for national selection in the same time, qualify for WCup 2010, Euro 2012, WCup 2014 and Euro 2012, Gold Cup etc if you are selected in National team in Career mode

With Romanian licensed clubs, ukrainian ones, around 100 national teams (even Guinea, Mali, Honduras, Qatar, Uzbekistan, etc are in the original game..)

so, what is the crap? clearly your old FIFA from 10 years old which you can still score same goals, same movements, same gameplay as every year, take the ball, run along the pitch and score..too easy

there's no need to make a patch for untucked shirts too, they are an option in PES, you can also choose it for a created player, scan your own face as photo etc etc

the crap is what stay the same every year, and this year PES is again destroying FIFA a bit more

according to your post you just started playing the pes series, so let me guess
because it has nice looking graphics, its a great game ? it has uefa leagues ?

so what you can have all that in fifa too, just like you edit the team names in pes,
& you add leagues, fifa is no different.

pes doesnt have half the leagues fifa has, so as far as that goes, its nothing.

gameplay has nothing on fifa, oh by the way you cant edit pes gameplay it is what it
is.

i have pes 2010 too, i always get pes, but i never play it.

fifa may not look as good, but it tops pes any day.

so ill see you next year if fifa pc goes next gen to see you post how pes 2011

You talk about editing. In FIFA you can add unlimited leagues,teams,chants,stadiums etc. In pes you can only add 5 chants per team.! In my fifa i have over 15gb of chants and teams with more than 60!.You cant create new leagues and you can only replace exisiting stadiums.

I cant play a so limited game.

Yes it has great graphics but nothing more. The gameplay has some nice features like dribbling and player responsiveness but i still prefer fifa slower gameplay.

And for me fifa gameplay is harder than pes.

Let's be honest though, once you do add so much to FIFA that it becomes 15gb you are guaranteed to get a crash. Maybe not in the first 1 or 2 games, but eventually you do, it's inevitable because all the different patches and additions will conflict w/ each other.
The ultimate goal, at least to me, is to one day actually play the game in full. If you're editing FIFA so much, and having to restart after most edits, you never actually finish a season or career. FIFA for PC is a dying breed, everyone knows this.

I have to disagree.
Of course you need to be carefull in special when add new leagues but if you know what you are doing you can really reduce poossible problems.

For example i know that if my manager mode doesnt start its generally a tournament problem or if during the transfers the game freezes it possible a duplicate player issue.

I suppose if you like unresponsive controls, Laggy online and last generation motion captured animation,then PES2010 may float your boat. Personally, I find fifa gameplay more satisfying.

1) IF you DONT like FIFA = Dont PLAY it, Dont buy it.

2) IF you DONT like PES = Dont PLAY it, Dont buy it.
