Converting .BIN 3D to some other 3D Modell

Hello, i know there is way to convert stadiums to some other 3D Modell and it's very possibile, the thing is i dont know how to do it, maybe only ARIEL knows this and no one else, what i want to do is try to contact people from GTA scene and you Juice, can we all join our forces to make 3D Editor or just converter for stadiums?

What tool they use ?

Because my uncle gived me "Alias MAYA 7.0 ", he said me it's the best for 3d editor, but

...

I don't understand anything with this tool ...

the thing is, we cant import new edited stuff with Maya or Rhino back to PES... and we (for now) dont know how to convert PES bin stadium to another editable file . . .

why :) Mania tool can convert stadium bin in *.asc and *.3ds , now we work on undestend model file on 100%.

in Alias Maya i cant open in this time, i open in 3ds max and MilkShape 3D. convert with Mania software tool from bin to support formats. We released then tool be ready

Can anyone work on a tool to convert the faces from PC to PS2? I would really like some info on that, and I could help with any PS2 files needed...
