Converting team/player info

I find Weditor sooo much easier to use when it comes to editing rosters and players in my we7i, soo easy that i do not want to go back to weopteditor... however my option file already has a lot of changes implemented into it and i just want either to load all the team data into the .afs from the existing option file, or just transfer team/player info from the weditor to the opt file editor... Weditor only exports data in .wtd format and optfile editor only imports cm4 data (.dat).... IF anyone knows of an efficient way to do this please let me know!!
Any help is appreciated!!!!!!!!

you mean the 'Import data from WE6FE' option...? I've tried and it didn't work (Using Weditor 1.2 btw)

also option file is not of a valid extension .wdb for the weditor so you can't import it as a database i guess ... or am i wrong?
