Banega is supposed to be the creative MF like Xabi. Hahaha! He's not even close.

Haha the entire Argentina team can't trap or pass the ball without at least 5 touches, it's pathetic.

there was a clear foul on Ramos right before Moreno missed the open net...and a red card for Burdisso too.

Messi is being kept quiet by the colombians, I'd bring Pastore and Aguero in to help him out...Lavezzi is having another poor performance and that midfield is way too conservative.

it's do or die now for Argentina against Costa Rica...

If the Argentines caused all that commotion from River being relegated, imagine if Costa Rica would beat them and they were left out of the cup? (H)

Leo played too deep once again ... Cuchu should have stayed on (Gago? wtf? really?), with Pastore (not Pipita) coming on in place of Carlitos ...

for all the flair they have up front, the Argies having Gaby Milito and Burdisso hold fort at the back is pretty laughable ...
hah, my statement is promptly vindicated; their defending was matched only by the finishing of Adrián Ramos and Dayro Moreno ...

Guarin is a beeeeeeeeast.
yeah, he was really impressive!

Falcao, too, oozed class in his touches, but -- for whatever reason -- was not consistently close enough to the goal to have more than one clear chance that ended up being well-saved ...

the Italian wingbacks, especially Armero, acquitted themselves well too ...

The Von Trapps
yeah, he needs to be a false nine, not an attacking central midfielder ... he came back to the halfway line to pick the up the ball far too often ...

I watch every Barça match, and I felt Leo dropped too deep too often in this match, and thus got crowded out by the midfield ...

but you are free to disagree, and also post pics that show nothing more than 2 instances of him dropping deep ...

This reminds me of weebl and bob. Both the redundancy of Xifilo's argument and Argentina's 0-0 draw.
