Sure, I have Copa Libertadores and Copa Nissan Sudamericana in Manager Mode.
Copa Nissan Sudamericana will delete your Copa Libertadores 'cause they have the same Tournament id - 12. Use different ids.

oh snap so if I reinstall Lib, then what happens?

So confusing lol

So can I ask you how to modify or add those competitiuons please? step by step? Should I go to start a new manager or edit in tournament?

I would recommend you install Copa Libertadores only. If you are new to CM editing, it will be too difficult for you to edit Sudamericana. Install Libertadores once more, check "Appears in Career Mod", add your Mexican team to the Copa, try new Career and check Callender. Copa Libertadores should be in your team's schedule.

But first of all you should backup your db.

well there won't be a problem wth the db, nothing there.

"Appears in career mode" is an option in CM or in FIFA 09? because I did not find it in FIFA unless I am blind.

lol so more bad news. Holland crashes FIFA 09 if I use them and all the winter roster updates that I downloaded recently are gone so no Huntelaar with Madrid and etc.

Should I just uninstall FIFA 09 and then install it and then:

1. Create Profile and Update the rosters through addidas online before uploading the patches?
2. upload the patches and then create profile and then update the rosters?
