In Brazil there are 2 ways you can pronounce an initial r, 3 ways to pronounce middle and final r, depends on the region.
The most common way to pronounce the initial r is:
Ronaldo, Ronaldinho = Honaldo, Honaldiño
Middle and final r here in the south and in a portion of the southeast you can pronounce like in spanish (mostly) or english:
Roberto Carlos = Hoberto Carlos
In another portion of the southeast, in the midwest, north and northeast you pronounce it like h too:
Roberto Carlos = Hobehto Cahlos
Not to mention the differences in the s pronounce.
EDIT: Some people, here in the south, pronounce the initial r like in spanish.
