could it? cause if im not mistaken u can add kits and more to PES4 for ps2, if u got the right kit and everything. so it should be possible to tone down the stadium details or something, then patch taht over. am i right or wrong.

tnx guys for responding, i started a thread about this in pesinsight and at evoweb over a day before i found this forum, no responds yet. and i know from now on what forum to use. this, yes ;)

but my question was about a possibly patched PS2 version of PES4, not for PC.

Probably wouldnt help.
My guess is its the animation/AI(processor load) thats causing much of the slowdown.

The PS2s number crunching ability was a concern to developers before the console was released, 4 years on and they've pretty much wrung the thing dry.

If you play a game in front of an empty stadium do you still get the slowdown at corners?

playing on an empty stadium lessens the slowdown alot. so if it was possible to edit the stadium default crowd for master league, then maybe?

some one made a patch with motionless crowd for pes3 pc version.
it worked efficiently.
so maybe it can be used in the ps2 version as the same way.
