CPU or Graphic Card?

hi, currently i am having a celeron 1.1 Ghz processor, and a Geforce 2 400MX graphic card

i am now planning to upgrade my PC, and which of these 2 will you guys recommand me to 'upgrade' provided i am givin only 1 option to upgrade either, thanks

do i see a big overall performance if i upgrade just my graphic card to fx 5000 series for example? although my CPU is just 1.1 Ghz?

Well if you get a new video card youre games will run better. If you get a CPU you will have faster loading times. I think

well, both are important but if you can upgrade only one of the 2, then go for a better CPU.

But if you buy something like a Geforce FX 5600 or a Radeon 9600, you will se a HUGE performance increase in games.

With a new cpu u will need new ram new mobo etc.But u won't get the moust out of the card. Because it will require a faster cpu and a better mobo.

But it will have increase in graphic quality and in fps.
