Crashes in manager mode

Please help, my game crashes when starting manager mode. After I select my created team, the screen goes blank and the "Error Report" box appears. I can play with my team in friendly matches but not in manager mode.

I have 512x512 kits
I reset the squads
I deleted the FIFA folder in my documents

But nothing works

I can play the manager mode from another team, so

Do the teams have a budget limit in Coca-cola league 2?
Do we need to have a face for every player because in the game, some of my players don't have a face?

Look the Tournament in the Creation Master 07. Look the teams, the position, etc.
