Create A Player For National Teams?

I know you can create a palyer for club teams but can you do it for national teams?

Can you use create a player for career/franchise mode?

Is so, can you create a player while you are in career mode or does it have to be before the season starts?

1.) i think you can if you just pick the category international where u assign a team to a player. If not then you can go to team management and transfer him that way i guess.
2.) Yes you can use them, i'm currently using 2 of the, they are expensive to get my first year and second year once i signed with celtic i bought them both.
3.) i think you can only do it before you start your career.
