Does anyone know how to (or where to get) pitches with banner by the goals?

i can try!!
you can try yourself too . you can put team logo with photoshop in the .png file's center . png file you can find in pitch folder rx3 files :D

It definitely can be done, I have seen user-made stadiums that have these. As far as my knowledge goes, you will have to edit / remap the stadium model though and not just paste some textures into a folder.
