hi i need some help

for one of my classes i have to make this diagram showing the main points of my arguement. i need some help in making this diagram -

in it there is one main circles about my arguement, then around it is a space in which i want to put some writing to fit around the circle.

around this inner circle i want a doughnut of sorts, except i need to break it into thids for the three topics of my arguement. the space inside the doughnuts
needs to be round about that of the circle.

can someone please help me make this diagram, i have adobe photshop but i don't really know how to use :$
