Creating new database?

I was wondering if it is possible to create a new database to use in Fifa 07. I want to be able to play manager mode on one database (which i wont use to edit new kits and whatnot) and to use another in which i can edit as much as i want?

I would like to know If this is possible, and if so how can I go about doing this?

Does it maybe have something to do with the language u pick when Fifa starts up or no?

If this is already in a different thread could someone give me a link to it cuz i have been searching for just over an hour and a half and cant find anything of the sort.
