there are a few voice changing programs out there that ask u to input a wave file of somebody talking, and then ask you to say the same thing the wave file did and it tries to match the settings to change your voice so it sounds like the voice on the wave file.
I havent had much success with those programs, but you can try searching for some of them and give it a shot. I think one of them is called AV Voice Changer Software.
