Creation Centre don´t run-Need help

Hi there
I have some big Problems to run the Creation Center
When i try starting "Ffa2003CC.exe"i become Error Messsage Popup
called:
Run Time Bug´-2147217904(80040e10)
I install the english.setup then i start the mdac_type and then I run the art.setup.exe
for my Language.
Then I boot my PC
But every Time I become this f***ing Error Message.
Anyone have a Idea?

Why did you install mdac_type. I skipped that part at the first place and everything worked fine.

What do you mean by full version ? Do you mean full installation ? BTW I`m downloading the CC right now, and I`m gonna buy FIFA 2003 tommorow, is it essential that I install the FIFA 2003 first and then the CC, or I can do it the other way ?

Yes, Full Installation here of Fifa 2003, too
System is Win XP Pro
No Matter what a ****ing Brain construct this Trash software, i wait for German Fifa FX

this problem probably has nothing to do with the full game. I have installed the CC and started making the packages even though I don't have the full version of the game. I just have the demo. IMHO CC only needs the DBI roster databases (which are the same in both demo and full game), not the full game itself.

BTW did you know that the PKG package is just a normal ZIP archive? read http://www.soccergaming.tv/showthread.php?s=&threadid=50085

i got the 430 error fixed in mine.. I installed the english setup first, then the art setup and then the mdac.. and now its working fine..

Hi all-
I have the Solution for this Problem found-
Download the English version, then places English (Great Britain) in the system control with the land attitudes (with xp region and language options are called).
My CC works fine

Hmm, its hard for me in English I try
You go to your Systemcontroloption then you klick Region and Languageoptions in the New open Window you looking(scroll) for English(Great Britain) take this and klick OK.
Then start Creatin Center.exe again and it´s work without Error Message for me.
