If memory serves there were problems with an earlier version of that patch during the beta testing phase of CM 07 and it turned out that they had messed with the structure of the database and the metadata rather than just updating the tables and structures defined by EA. i wan´t to create the Portuguesse second league but i wanna know how can i make the promotion and relegation via tournament master. Because i think i having some strange things lol . when i put in the bwin liga team number 16 i put the winner of the league 2 but the problem is that i don´t want this team to appear in both leagues i mean first and second league.

When you are dealing with the tournament section, you'll have your first division, in this example 10 teams.
In your LEAGUE for the first division you will start with them all listed 1-10
Team 1
Team 2
Team 3
Team 4
Team 5
Team 6
Team 7
Team 8
Team 9
Team 10
Then start with the second division and do 11-20
Team 11
Team 12
Team 13
Team 14
Team 15
Team 16
Team 17
Team 18
Team 19
Team 20
These teams will be locked into these positions as a start... So Team 10 is in 10th place in division 1. Team 12 is in 2nd Place in division 2.
I want to click the button next to Team 9 and tell it that FIRST PLACE in DIVISION 2 should take that position.
Then Select the button next to team 10 and tell it that SECOND PLACE in Division 2 should take that position.
Next I want to go to the second division. and select positions 1 and 2 and tell it that 9th and 10th from division 1 belong there.
These are the settings for the BEGINNING of the first season. So if I put the teams in place as I listed above that is how they FINISHED that previous season... For instance If I were making the English Premier League from scratch I would still have Watford Listed in the first division to start with... but through the relegation proceedures I just went through, we would move them down to the second division.
Now when I start the season the teams will be:
Team 1
Team 2
Team 3
Team 4
Team 5
Team 6
Team 7
Team 8
Team 11
Team 12
Team 9
Team 10
Team 13
Team 14
Team 15
Team 16
Team 17
Team 18
Team 19
Team 20

You need to Use CM 2.01 or latest version to open CEP. When you use CEP, you hace to click OPEN CEP in File menu. The language used by default by CM with cep opening is english. If you want to modify an other language, just rename in data\cmn\fe, move other language in a new directory and for example dut.db in eng.db. When editing with CM is finish, go to save button, and re-rename eng.db in dut.db, and move the other languages from the new folder you created into data\cmn\fe.

That's not a bad idea.
An other expension for the CM, if its possible, with the extraction of kits, banners and flags and logo (t122_?_?_?.fsh) in fifa07 main folder. To create a sort of cm.fat, wich list all kits,banners, flags and logo and will be directly opened by creation master as a third database (with fifa.db and lang.db) and be able to visualise this elements in the CM.
With all this elements in the main folder, and all other in the gui folder, the fifa.fat size will reduce a maximum. And all the diferrent users of your incredible tool (i know, everybody say that, but i agree this is a amazing tools for all the users of fifa) will be able to patch a lots more their fifa. With more differrents leagues and more graphical patch (third kits, stadiums, etc...).
My proposition sounds crazy, but if it's possible, it would be very great. (I play fifa07, with this elements in fifa07 main folder, on a pentium 3, 1100 mhz, and with 256 meg SDRAM, and with a graphical card bad quality, and the game is not reduce in load, except when a match is in load (25 seconds to load).
PS : Sorry for my english, I'm french, and my scholar english is very far
