Creation Master 07 Released

This is a list of the new features that are under construction for the next release of CM07

1) Extension of the database capacity for many items:
Balls: from 70 to 128
Adboards: from 245 to 255
Nets: from 11 to 16
Pitch surround: from 6 to 8
Formations: from 18 to 20
Generic faces: from 150 to 255
Generic hairs:from 38 to 64
Shoes: from 55 to 64
Countries: from 208 to 255
Sponsor: from 29 to 100

2) Import of C06 file
Import teams from the previous version of FIFA

3) Patch Creator and Patch Loader
A couple of tools to create redistributable patch packages and to load such packages in your current FIFA choosing what you want and what you don't want.

4) Standardization of teams and leagues id for world wide compatibility through different patches

5) Creation of players' photo for any generic appearance available.

it only extends the CAPACITY of countries, so that you can create more of them. it doesn't add them, you have to do that yourself. but it's not hard, you just have to click on "add" and write "Hong Kong", that's mostly it.

Question:

If I use CM07 to edit one of the tournaments (Euro2008 specifically), will this then cause my manager mode (which I did not edit in any way, shape or form) to crash each time, even after replacing eng.db and fifa.db with my backups? Because I'm pretty sure thats exactly what has happened.

Yes (but see my reply to your email for more detail)

Hi rinaldo, I have your creation master07 with cep3.1,first of all very thanks for your useful good work, have two question about soccerball importing with cm07, u know why the soccerball ID range of 20-30 if also have imported personal soccerball skin have ingame always the same fearnova soccerball type?I play in italian serie A.
And second its true that are max of importable 70skins?

Everything that changes the fifa.db could make your Manager Mode unusable. Usually replacement of single values that left the total length of the database unchanged are tolerated. I mean to change boots, ball or adboards is possible but not for example to add a kit or to delete a player or to transfer a player. All graphics changes have no effect on the Manager Mode . You can disable the database editing in the options if you want to avoin undesired editing.

Rinaldo, I just bought fifa 07 and promptly downloaded your editor. Oh my god this is incredible. I can not believe how simple you made every single aspect of editing the game. It totally blows my mind. I cannot thank you enough as a fan of the international game. You've made anything possible.

figured out i needed the .NET framework, works fine now

CEP database is editable, you just need to use the "Open CEP" menu. (CM07 2.02 is required)

I have the exact same problem and its really getting frustrating. The same when I tried to install CC as well.

At least ... read the post you quote mate!!! .NET farmework 2 is required. Downloadable for free from microsoft site.

I used CM to edit the squad, formation, and player numbers for CEP only. Which files does it modify? I got my game crashed because i add too many players in international teams so I need the answer urgently. Thanks

Problem, hopefully this hasn't been asked too many times.

I opened CM and made one simple change: I renamed Roque Martnez Zambrano (a youth player you must scout), to Roque Fabrício. I saved the file. Now when I open up Fifa and go to the My Squads page, nothing is on it. The background is there, but there are no players listed. Also, none of the navigation buttons work.

It isn't frozen, there is just a blank background and non-working navigation buttons. I have installed the official EA patch already, is that bad? The only way to fix this is to reinstall the game, which I have done several times, but the problem keeps coming up. Pleas help, thanks.

If you want to edit the game with CM, do NOT install the patch, it messed it up. And for the players not showing up, all you need to do is reset your squads from "Team Management"

I cannot answer pubblicly because the CEP database is hidden for a choice of the author. Ask it privately.

To save some effort I will quote myself from another thread:

various data files - PC_CL.BIN, manager mode, tournament mode, squads - all contain pointers to string data that are stored as offsets into the FIFA.DB file. Any editing of that file, especially using CM07 - which seems to take a fairly cavalier approach to the existing content - will result in those strings changing location in FIFA.DB, and therefore all those pointers being invalidated - which is what causes the crashes

It is also what causes what you are seeing, because you are using the patched roster file (PC_CL.BIN) and all its links into FIFA.DB become invalid. As has been pointed out you cannot use the patched rosters with CM07 and I'm afraid that in your case that is the only advice that matters (ie. there is nothing you can do to mitigate the problem(s))
