Creation Master 09 trouble solved

I've solved my friends trouble in opening the fifa master 09,It seems that windows has encounterd problem and it closes immidiately after this occur.Hours of hardwork creating and editing has gone in vain,I found out this trouble and thought someone else might have the same issue, For those who have this trouble of closing application and illegal termination please visit this site for full detailed trouble shooting.

I have the same problem but I checked my directx settings & its the march 09 updated one, any ideas of what else it could be thanks
