@monalisa_your first question its a beta version and many options are not available and has buggs.
your second_its obvious it wont affect the players u control. and iam also not sure about cpu players using them.if u check out c.ronaldo attributes nothing is assigned so it may not affect the cpu players also.i play with fidels gameplay and in the games ronaldo does do tricks and flicks but its not assigned.

one thing i noticed about the World XI roster is you getting different roster everytime you delete and re-update new squad ..

for example first time i have no messi and C.ronaldo in my squad then i delete squad then re-download it again ..and this time i got messi bit no ronaldo ... strange ,,it's just random for you
