main problem with:
why cant i compare CM4 with MZ?????"
is that CM is a game made for up to 16 players (I`m not sure), but in most times you play itby yourself trying to beat rest computer opponents. Here on MZ it`s over 130000 players so that`s main difference - I think that stuff with contracts wouldn`t work unless MZ would be hosted at a super-computer (let`s say one from top 10 of super-computers) ;)
also check one thing - Polish example
We got one big, great, superb (add any superlative you want) team - White StarZ (mkillah`s) - he got much better team than any other Polish team(he won with 2nd placed league team 5:0 last sunday), now it`ll be very hard to other quality team in Poland to win with him, and imagin what if he could easily get best Polish players (due to end of contract in their previous team)

ResT easy my friend Crew knows what they are doing i have no doubt in my mind contract and other features will be added but it won't be untill a year or two have come to past Crew is not a big sofwares company like SI or EA so it may take a lonnggggggggggg ass time before they get here

Crew could make the "player-contract" work easily if they are smart, it just requires some thinking for example:
every youth that get promoted to your A-squad automaticly starts a 4 or 5 or 6 year contract(depands on you) then when his contract ends he's lauched into the stransfer market for a certain amount of money, whatever he gets on the market, you will have the last bid to match anyone bids if you can match it then you keep him.

Hang on. Wouldn't you just be bidding on your own youth in order to pay yourself in the end? So you could bid as much as you like, you get it all back? So doesn't that rule out that idea completely?

Just a few thoughts :) or in other words, my turn to lecture :p

Aberdeen City-the fact that i've just came into MZ doesn't mean anything. Experience has nothing to do with a man observing and giving his opinion on what could improve and attract the millions of real football fans around the world.

You are right about the observing part. But you might want to observe a little longer than a few days before you go around making noise about how bad the game is. :)

do you really thing im the only one with this opinion????? u cant possibly thing that, are you??? why dont you set up a poll (inside the mz forum, not in this forum, ash is a mod so people might back him up just for that reason) and be ready to bid that the majority would prefer an unrealistic and arcade mode that lets you keep a player for any amount of year with no chance of being free.. rather then a real life sim mode.

I don't think you are the only one with this opinion, but I don't think that you will have the majority of MZ users agreeing with you. Also, your reasoning for setting up a poll in the MZ forums is flawed. You think that the people will take the side of Ash since he is a mod here but you don't think people will take his side because he's an FA in the MZ Forums. Or that people will take CREW's side becuase they own the darn thing. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are over 100K people who are signed up for MZ. A good number of those people aren't "fanatic" about MZ and don't spend that much time on their team.

The main point of MZ is not to winn prizes!! only a few members participate in these cups that you must pay to enter. the majority cant enter them because of many reason so your point is false. The main point of mz is to get to your country top division, win as many trophies and be ranked as high as possible. the idea is to test your managing skills.

Wrong!!! the point of MZ is to have fun. That's why CREW tries to balance things like how the Transfer Market is set up and why teams in the top league only get 12K attendence and teams in div 8 get 10K attendence. It's to keep it as fair as possible so that people will have fun and not quit the game right away when the see that they have no chance of ever having a good team.

when i say the bigger team, i mean the team with the most money this is obvious!!!! a big time team in the premiereship division will have more money then a team in div.5 99.9% of the time..im managing a team in div.5 and you're managing one in div.1(if im not wrong), if i generate more money then you, then you the worse manager in MZ history!.

Ahh I disagree with you there as well. While top division teams may get a few more people from their league games, they also have to pay higher expenses to keep their team in contention for a title. Let's say they make 100k USD more a home league game then I do. I pay 90K USD a week in expenses. They pay about 150-160K USD in expenses. So over a two week period (For a home and an away League Game) they Make 100K more than me and Pay 120-140K more than me. It seems that I (div 4) have the advantage in this area. :D

why cant i compare CM4 with MZ????? i dont understand that question at all....both games are managing football games..this is all they need to share to be comparable. it dont mather whether one is web game and one is software they both are managing football games.

That's true they are both Managerial Football games, but why do you want another CM clone? I would much rather play MZ than CM4. CREW doesn't want turn MZ into CM 4 because then people would say something along the lines of, "What's the difference between them?" and then go play CM 4 instead. Another problem with having all of these additonal features is that the load on the servers would be unbearable. CREW wants this to be a game that emphasis the Fun in football. In my opinion, Player contracts would needlesly complicate things, make MZ slower because of the Server load, and drive away players because of the added complexity.

you want example on how it will benefit others?? well sample, first the stranfer market wont be so horrible, the way it is currently set up, the only good players are the one that are deteriorating and declining skill-wise.

Lol. I think you might want to look at the transfer market some more. While it is tough for some of the newer countries to have a decent transfer market, most of the established countries (Read countries with a lot of users) have a very active transfers market. For example on the American Market there were quite a few decent former youth who were being sold. Excellent playeres for people who either want to train them or are just starting out and need players at a position. There are also a few excellent players (and non-deteriorating I might add ;) ) on sale by some of the better teams in the US, They might be a little to expensive for your tastes, but they are there.

Crew could make the "player-contract" work easily if they are smart, it just requires some thinking for example: every youth that get promoted to your A-squad automaticly starts a 4 or 5 or 6 year contract(depands on you) then when his contract ends he's lauched into the stransfer market for a certain amount of money, whatever he gets on the market, you will have the last bid to match anyone bids if you can match it then you keep him.

Hmmm....I really don't like that one. There would be no incentive to train youth because you know you are going to lose them eventually or will be forced to sell them.

Whew that was long. Not that I expected to change your mind or anything. Just my opinion :D
