Anyone knows where the club chants are located? How can we edit it without CC?

most simpliest way:

1/ import two chants to CC and install it
2/ go to the application data\fifa2003cc\currentFIFApackage folder
3/ backup the CT_xxxx.str and CT_xxxx.off files from this folder (where xxxx is the team number)
4/ uninstall the package in CC
5/ copy the CT_xxxx.str and CT_xxxx.off files into your FIFA 2003 main directory
6/ pack the files into the FIFA 2003\data\audio\sndmisc\CT.viv file using this gfxpak command: gfxpak -p data\audio\sndmisc\CT.viv CT_xxxx.off CT_xxxx.str (where xxxx is the team number)

BTW player chants are stored in CP.viv

this way I create the chants for my Czech Super Patch, you may test it how it works

Ariel told me that Chant Raptor is coming in 1 week. You will be able to add 8 chants for every team in the game!

yes. you only can make two chants and need CC to generate the STR+OFF files, but only for making the files. Then you can make a patch and distribute it over the net. The one who downloads the patch doesn't need any CC to install it

of course, chant raptor would completely change this situation

Ok, a slight tangent to the theme of this thread but...

...how have you created the chants you want to import? Is there a program that can make crowd effects?? I want to import Leeds chants but I can't find any to download so I would have to create them.

don't use CC. CC is awful..

use Viv Editor.

download on here!


open CT.viv with Viv Editor. And you can export the str files. Example Galatasaray...
CT_325.str. export, change and import..

But what way are you using to edit the .str files? Because the .str files are actually a few .str files merged together to form a few chants in one single file.

making an own "speech.str" commentaryfile

hey!
I have an idea and wonder if someone know anything about it:
I live in Sweden and would like to sample swedish speech commentators, I've got the english "speech.str" but I have this idea that I would do my own "speech.str" with samplings from swedish commentary.
"Speech.str" is 171Mb and I wonder if u know how to edit or get inside and listen to the different comments and replace them with swedish?
I have tried with musicpatcher but it says the "speech.str" is corrupt when I try to export it.
This is my little dream
and I would love to here someone about it.
