CTD while starting the game after the last update

hi! Having installed the latest patch via origin i've got a massive problem with my FIFA 12. Every time I try to start the game it freezes between the movie with rooney and the movie: The loading circles just stop and a crash to desktop occurs. :-(

Does anybody have a solution for my annoying problem?

I've already tried to regenerate my files and I've already reinstalled FIfA without any succes...

everyone is having this problem bro, there is really not much you can do.

i have read for some by deleting your my docs fifa 12 folder it may fix the issue.

before you delete to see if it works, backup that folder.

if it doesnt work you will just have to wait on ea for a fix if it ever comes.

deleting my docs fifa 12 folder doesn't help. I think i will take a bit for ea to get the problem...but cheers for your reply anyway!

I have had a similiar problem. I somehow managed to fix it by restoring an older version of the my documents/FIFA folder (which you should have if you have Windows automatic backups activated).

I've checked my settings but I don't have any backups...could yo do me a massive favour by uploading your working files, please? :)

Well, I finally found a way by replacing the bh-files in the main folder by older ones from a backup. however, i can't regenerate the game anymore. this leads to the same problem again. therefore many edited grafiks are lost basicly. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution for it?

Well, it is happenging with me too. But it has started after downloading a tournment from Creation Centre. I did not have any edited file. EA could help us?
