Custom tournaments and leagues ?????

Looks like the custom tournaments and leagues are missing from this year's Fifa. How can this be overcome. For example if you wanted to play just 8 or 4 teams in a mini league how can this be done. All help greatfully received!!!

It's a really good feature in the game. I'm no Fifa moaner but I am a bit cheesed off that it's gone. I guess we will have to rely on the fantastic work of the guys who make editors. Are there any in the pipeline or perhaps a creation centre ??????
