D pad or analog?

I was wondering if you guys use the d-pad or analog to move the players

I want to use analog, but it never feels right in this game considering there are only 8 directions- the d-pad seems tighter

I agree, the D-pad is tighter, and much easier to dribble with in my opinion. The analog offers no advantage.

Well i'm use to the anolog stick it feels easier t ome and offer a lot more direction but the D-pad seems t o be a little better to control if you get use t oit i'm trying now t o switch t othe d-pad but it hard and i'm losing games now using it so i'm give myself 2more days with it and hope i can catch on it harder for me to make passes with the d-pad and to score goals is not too good also and it wearing our my thumb and making it sore i seem t oput too much presure o nthe padbecause i get excited and whe nunder presure i seem to lose focus and my thumb gets stuck the are like 2 kinds of d pads logitect makes one that like round and sony has a different one which do you guys thing is better to use i would really like t oswitch t othe d pad but as for now it hard if you have and pointers on using it please let me know

analogue offers no advantage, but i still use analogue because i find that the L1 & L2 shoulder buttons are more comfortable to reach.

the only time i used to use the dpad was for free kicks and corners, but now i use analogue all the time because i play on pc now and you can have only digital or only analogue not both like the on the ps2 unfortunately

What do you mean, are you talking about a specific pad of yours, or some general misconception of pc controllers?

I have a logitech dual action for pc and both the analogue and d-pad work

anaconda i have logitech dual action pad too. but i've also problem with it. After having played some minutes in Pes3 or other game, left analog is getting stuck in one direction for example right. But when i reboot comp it's working fine until i play again. I heard that some people have the same problem as me. If you know solution of that please post it here. thnx in advance.

yup, got the same problem, sometimes one direction doesn't even work, that's when I usually switch to the D-pad to play

it doesn't matter if i switch to d-pad, it always get stuck atfer less or more minutes. you mean switch==use??? because you can use d-pad and left analog as move at the same time. as i said it happens in other games me too ? what's about you??
i think it's not malfunction of gamepad 'cause after restart it works fine or when you plug out cable and plug in again into usb port.

p.s. Does anybody know solution?????

yes I mean use. It happened in other games too, so I think it's a flaw on the gamepad. It's still a great pad though (best out there I think). And yes, unplugging and plugging usually fixes that problem.
