Monaco striker Dado Prso has labelled his fellow UEFA Champions League record holder Simone Inzaghi and his brother - Milan marksman Filippo - cheats.
Prso's four-goal haul for Monaco against Deportivo La Coruna in midweek equalled the tally of Marco van Basten and Inzaghi for most goals in a Champions League match.
Croatian hit-man Prso was delighted his exploits against Deportivo could warrant comparison with his boyhood hero van Basten.
But he was less enamoured by emulating Lazio forward Inzaghi's feat and has accused the Italian siblings of being a stain on football.
"Van Basten was my idol when I was a kid," Prso told L'Equipe. "For me, he is the greatest centre forward of all time.
"I am proud of the comparison.
"Inzaghi, it is different. I don't really like him and his brother.
"They are cheats, it is malice, almost theft and it is not my conception of football."
Prso, who is a transfer target of Premiership outfit Fulham, admits he was delighted to mark his first Champions League start with such an impressive display.
He also believes Monaco's stunning 8-3 demolition of Spanish side Deportivo is a major fillip for French football.
"It was the first time I had started a Champions League match so I was in a rage," he continued.
"I wanted to play and prove to the officials and the technical staff I am still here. When (Fernando) Morientes is absent, I can be a solution.
"I worked a lot last season to reach the Champions League and I was frustrated to never be in the first XI in a match.
"8-3 against La Coruna is magic. We didn't defeat Luxembourg. On a European level, I am the first fan of Marseille and Lyon because I am fed up of hearing that French football has no level.
"So it is great to prove there are still great clubs in France."
Oooh, I wonder if the Inzaghi's will respond to these claims.
