Nope, way too much of teeth sticking out. Also, the face colour does not resemble the skin colour very much. Work on fixing that.

Also, I noticed that you tried to get the earrings in the texture itself. My advice is, DON'T! We can add the earrings as part of the accessories later.

The texture is truly awesome. Work more on the UV mapping in O-Edit, and post O-Edit screen-shots if you can.
