I had this bug in some players too like when i installed Pablo Osvaldo face, once i made his Player.lua file it was solved, does Falcao has his player_id.lua file with assignPlayerFace(falcaoid) statement?

Actually forget about that, i tested voroinin`s hair and had the same issue evan making the lua file... weird part is that the hairlod(from gameplay camera) works fine.

When i tested i did regenerate, really weird indeed, cause the hair looks fine in CM and in edit mode...
