One advice for you: when making vertical flags, check out the shade/wrinkles, becouse now 1st one in the first row, 1st 3rd and 4th in the last one look like they are hanging from right to left ;)

I also haven't found anything extremelly interesting in the matter of Slovakia fans:

2. I think yes, we're thinking about a changer similar to (for instance) TVPopupsChanger Tool so you could pick what you'll like to add to your game. I think you get the idea.

Yeah I know what you mean, however I think it sucks. It's "f"-ing hard without .cmp patches and these auto-installers while you have tones of your own edits are just a poor idea.
