Hi, I've been trying to edit player potential within the fifa 12 database.
I exported the fifa_ng_db.db and fifa_ng_db.xml files from the Data0.Big using FileMaster 12.
Then using DBM 12 I was able to change the values for the players birthdates and potentials I wanted to change.
Saved the file to the folder "origingames/game/data/db" then tried regenerating using FileMaster 12 as that's what i read you have to do.
But there was no change in the game.

Is there something i'm doing wrong? (well, there must be :))

Mmh try this: after you have made your modifications to save you have to go to:

File - Open Db - then here it will appear a window that reminds you to save and you'll press Ok...
Then before openining the game make sure (reopening the db with db master) that the changes are there...
and most of all remove squad file from documents/fifa12.

You will solve.
