I just put Dave training schedule on Valencia.. will it work? it seems that the arrows will go up and down every week

Never pay any attention to the arrows. They're not giving the right idea.

If anything, go by the coach's recommendations.

Dave's schedule will work. A lot better than the shit I came up with anyway.

Yes, the players will improve pretty fast, but still show red arrows. Especially if you check right after a match. Too many green arrows will see your players get tired fast as well.

glad to see someone playing as Valencia

Consider what fernandez says, at a big club like Valencia you want around 10 coaches.

At Valencia i appointed 10 and my assistant (so 11), i used Daves Schedule on two different things: "Main Players" and "Under 20's", both EXACTLY the same, but i assigned 3 coaches to the under 20's and 6 to the Main one.

For outfield players the coaches at Valencia should ALL be 16+ Coaching Outfield Players

Have three good coaches assigned to goalkeeping. Again these should have 16+ In Coaching Goalkeepers
