He was on the Player Guide thread and I decided to give him a try in my Blackburn game. He is 19 years old and plays at Dutch club Sparta, valued at around 650k. I bought him for 1.9 million pounds and now a few months later in January, Silva is already worth 5.5 million and his form is on average 7.85. He also has gotten his first Holland cap and scored in his first international appearance.

David Mendes da Silva is a D/DM C, and I play him at DC in my Blackburn side (I play 3 central defenders).

uh huh, he's a good player. on my previous game Arsenal bought him, and he was worth about £17 mil in 2007. In my current game Blackburn bought him and although I havent checked his value, he played a blinder against me and almost prevented me from winning!!

he's very good... when i play the game with Feyenoord (Dutch League) i can't buy him... cause sparta is Feyenoords rival! so they wont let him go...
