Day And Night Or Just Day?

Is FIFA 2004 going to have a day and night option or is it going to be random, or is it just day in every single game?
I haven't seen any recent screenshots at night, all I see is a bright grass.

Does anybody know what's going on with this option?

Holy **** guys... Weather IS in FIFA, Dynamic not. Dynamic means it shifts during a game (which I haven't seen happen often anyways), and trust me they've done it in the past and if they put it in the game would suck even more.

Hugo I think you're wrong. There will be no rain whatsoever in the game, be it dynamic or not. Just day/night and sunny/overcast.

Will you be able to change the weather in a Season or Friendly? And if, for example, you play in snow will the ball travel like it would in snow?

Not this year, no. We had planned to implement weather in FIFA 2004 but it had to be taken out of the game to focus on improving other areas of the game such as gameplay, animation, audio and so on.
