Dazmania's Cristiano Ronaldo Hair Update

Hi,
I've found out that the New C.Ronaldo hair .bin doesn't work on the PS2 version of Pro Evo 4, is there anyway at all of getting it in and have it working.

Whos hair is in the .bin? Because I tried to import the bmp (front of hair) over Ronaldos old hair cut and it came out all wrong.

Anyway hope this makes some sense! Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
