i have this error message when i try to launch squads converter tool "component COMDLG32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid"
someone can help me to understand what's the problem ? thanks

I have not seen that error message and there should be no reason you are getting that unless the files got corrupted when you downloaded it from Moddingway. I suggest you download it again. Try running as admin as well.

It looks like you're missing the file, it can be downloaded and registered.

I suggest downloading it from a reputable source.

@bangus, Good morning, I have not read all the posts here, if in case I was already approached the subject I'm sorry. Is it possible to open the fifa DB 18 with CM16?

How can we create "hidden players" for example: Jan Kirchhoff, who had a real face in fifa 17 but isn't in fifa 18?

Create a new player in the players table using his ID (go to sofifa.com for IDs). Hidden players may or may not have real faces/commentary names, it all depends on if their files are still in the game or have been removed.

Is there anyway to change a player body model/type?.
For example change a player with a skinny body type to a more built up, more muscular, stocky kind of body?.

For Example: Kun Aguero in FIFA has always looked skinny. I hate that. He's one of my favourite players and can't stand how EA makes him look like that. So I would like to change his body type.

I have several questions:

1-I've downloaded FIFA 17 Squad Converter by ModdingWay. DB Master by Rinaldo and loaded the Squads file I'm using (in my Documents/FIFA 18/Settings folder).
I have now opened and exported all the tables. But which one do I have to open in Excel in order to modify what you showed in Post #51?. Is it the Players table?.

And by the way.... am I doing it right? Do I have to export and modify the Squads file? That seems weird.

2- What if I opened the DB files with FrostyEditor, then changed the BodyTypes using DB Master, save changes, import the file backs in FrostyEditor and create a ".fbmod" file to load it through FrostyModManager? Will that work? Also in previously saved CareerModes?

3-Finally... Messi's default bodytypecode is #10. That one isn't on your list on Post #51? Is it specific only to Messi or what?

2. what is the maximum amount of players allowed in one team

52 players max.
Photos cannot be imported using this method, but maybe now with Frosty IDK.

How can i change team kits? trying to use some from the futsquads?
Is there a way to change team names , when i try in DB Master it does not seem to save??

I was able to change some kits in the kits table; I switched my team from a yellow visitor kit to some other team's white kit. But you'll have to tinker with that, overwrite your team's kits with others. The options are limited though.

Names cannot be changed in the tables, they might be accessible to edit in the meta file (other half of the db file). Open in Notepad and maybe see. Regularcat knows how to do that one, PM him maybe.

Frosty Editor is out and working, I got the full db to edit and load in-game. That's maybe what you need to start looking at if you want to make all these edits.

Launch with Admin priviledges.
Right click on the Exe>Run as Administrator.
