Doesn`t work for me !

I tried to install File Master 10 , 09 , 08 ,07 but after i install it i run it but it give me a don`t send error .. i tried to install net framework 2.0 and directx from FIFA 10 original disk (and other directx) but doesn`t work .. After this i reinstalled my windows (windows xp sp2 original) and install framework and directx but same error !!!!!

DB Master 10 works with Vista X64. File Master 10 probably not, as File Master 09 did not work on Vista X64.

but the programs does not open the same error "FileMaster10.exe has stopped working" why???please help
