DB Master 10 Weather Tab

Has anyone used the weather tab in DB Master 10? You know the one where you assign the geographic zones that control the weather? I am trying to make it so that it rains as hard as possible for the entire match in specific stadiums or geographic regions when set to overcast in-game.

as it is now, even when a stadium is set to a geographic area that show the rain icon in CM10, it still only sometimes rains and when it does, it usually rains for like a minute here or there, then stops. (in fact most of the time it does not rain at all)

Have you guys tested the variables associated with this weather tab? m0, m1, m2, etc... for a geographic region? what is it supposed to do? I tried to make some of the parameters that were 0 equal to 1 or 2, but that didn't increase the amount of rain when i selected a stadium in that region.

There are a lot of parameters in DB Master 10. Is there any way to increase the amount of rain in FIFA 10? Can you do it through DB Master 10 or is there some other way? In exhibition matches, I want to be able to change the probability of how much it rains when you select overcast. As i said, i'd like to be able to make play in a stormy match where it rains hard for the entire match. Has anyone been able to achieve this and how to do so? Perhaps there is a variable in an .ini file that could control this for all stadiums?
