db master import problem

hi guys i've got a big problem with db master
i downloaded it and edited the shoecolour of a player to test it and finaly saved
but it didn't work

so i looked here in the board and found a post where someone says that u have to delete your my teams folder, but then there are all my settings(a lot!) gone

so what can i do that there is still the my teams folder but the settings out of the db master, too??

Nothing. You either edit players/teams with external tools (UniDB, Creation Master, DB Master, etc.) or you edit in-game. You can't mix and match

and what can i do if i only want to edit the boots of the player, what is locked in the game? (only ea boots are avaible to chose, although there are more in the complete game)
can i unlock them?

i know monkeys boot deluxe08 but i dont unterstand how to use and there is an error when i want to chose the boots

Since CM08 doesn't even exist yet then I can't begin to tell you whether or not it will support editing the squads file (or indeed the patched roster file) but from reading Rinaldo's post on his development plans then I'd guess not

as far as you have DbMaster, you can juzt change the ID of boots in players section (it is in shoecoloursection) the "locked" shoes ID you can find in MD's 08 Boot Deluxe as soon as you click on view

to make it all work remember to delete your sqad folder in saved files.

and one more thing, maybe you should just resize your bitmaps to 128x128
