Db question, pls help

anybody can help me in this:
how i may import winter transfers in my modify database?
when i import one team in .cmp then when i import this team in my database - my modify database is crash!
when i trying to import my modify database teams in database with winter transfers - i see the error,
some leagues do not get in the patch?
what i do wrong?

pls can you say me a tutor?

just use fifacitiu or uktarsh db, & reimport your files.

there is another way to get them in your modded db, but you wont understand,
so im not gonna bother telling you.

ill just be answering question after question.
