??debug assertion failed??

When i was installing a new package this thing came up saying 'debug assertion failed'.

What is this and how did it come about to happen? Does anyone know

How can i fix it 2?

Also it only started after i deleted a couple of teams from the French League and added two other teams to it. Could this have caused it?
