Defender Problem

I currently play with 3, 4 or 5 defenders, but only 3 of my defenders are easy to choose! I'm going to buy a defender when I bump up my cash amount but in the meantime I need to decide who starts!

I'm currently going with 3, 4 and 5, but who should be the 4th defender?
