Developing the standard rating system

I think that would be good idea since everyone make patches with unequal ratings, nonrealistic in a real world (the worst example is Egyptian premier league 2 years ago, I played CAF and in my group El Geish trashed Canon Yaounde 10:0). First of all, I think that's not a lot of job, once you develop it you have it for good (with small changing), and we can give it to the other patchmaker teams. I'd have every 200+ leagues classified in it, so anyone could make and rate his team with no problem. The system of classifying would have the pyramidal shape, with Barcelona on top (87), and your next door local teams on the bottom (5), with players whose footballing knowledge is to pass and kick the ball like every random guys in the street. What do you think?
