Diagonals problem

I have a HP nc6120 notebook and during the game a i cant pass,run or any thing else while i use diagonals.can any one help me?

some notebooks block combinations of keypresses, e.g. when you are running you can't pass, etc. try using usb keyboard or gamepad.

Isnt there any way to use the original keyboard?Or a patch something?I dont want to use a usb one 'cause i play where i can so i havent much space
