i dont know if anybody knew this but....
u can get offered Manager jobs at other clubs :D
im in the english 3rd division, and im doign pretty good, i lead the table, and ive won every game ( its been no walk over as ive won most if not all by games by one goal )

but i then noticed in the news that West Ham Fired Their current coach, next thing i knew, this came up on my screen :D

did any one else know of this?..

Well to be honest, its one of the main points of CM min

Your not just tied down to one club like in stuff like USM2

The only time I've ever had it was when I was England manager, I kept on getting Scarbrough or Maccelsfield offering me a position

To be honest min, I prefer too stay at my current club, mainly for the fact that you have it set up how you want!

Your not trying to clear up the previous managers mess! :D

I would stay at your Div 3 club

got a funy story bout this, i accepted an offer from Venezia to manage them, but on the same day i got an offer from Wallsall, i rejected that one but for some reason it has broke, now, every month i get an mangerless walsall offer me the job. lol

ive had this happen to me loads of times

on one game i started out at AJAX and finished second in the league, then the LEEDS job came up so went there for 4 yrs, then got bored as couldnt compete with man u, so went for a new cahllenge at ASTON VILLA, but that didnt go to well as deadly doug ellis kept on giving me warnings, so i quit before i got the sack and went for the job at READING and in 4 seasons i got them promoted from the second div to the first and the premiershipthen after one season in the prem was struggling so jumped ship as i didnt want a relegation on my record and got the job at BOLTON who were in div 1 at the time.........

now thats a managerial career! :rockman: (H) (H) (H) :rockman:

I think that during your CM plying days, you should have at least one career game where you start at the bottom, and work your way up the clubs. I once started at Macclesfield, and ended up at Lazio all in 12 seasons, in a run that took me through 5 countries.

Yes I got this many times and still do.It is because you are doing good in the compeititions.:D

I never really have the ambition to move from Real Madrid.I would move for Manchester United only.:D ;)
